The Dental assistants are also referred as the dental nursing and they support a dental operator in providing efficient dental treatment. And the role of the dental assistants should support the dental operator by typically passing the instruments during the treatment. And providing patients help with their oral hygiene skills, then preparing the patient for the treatment, sterilising the instruments, assisting during general anaesthetic dental procedures, positioning suction devices, exposing dental x- rays, and collecting the dental impressions, and recording patient notes and administration roles such as scheduling appointments.
