The Intensive Care Nurses also called as the critical care nurses, they shouldwork for the intensive care units in the hospitals and the other medical facilities. They should support in the emergencysituations and the daily care for long-term patients. The critical care nursing should focus on the critically ill or unstable patients like extensive injury, surgery or life threatening disease. These nurses should work in the wide variety of environments such general intensive care units, intensive care units, trauma intensive care units, cardiothoracic intensive care units, burns unit, paediatrics and some trauma center emergency. They should take care of the critically ill patients who requires the mechanical ventilation.
