A surgical nurse is also called as a theatre nurse, whose specialize the pre-operative care, during the period of surgery and the rehabilitation. The theatre nurse are need to support the patient, surgeons, and the surgical technicians, nurse anaesthetists and nurse practitioners during the phases of surgery. Pre-operative the nurse must help to prepare the patient and operating room for the surgery. And during the surgery they should assist the anaesthetist and surgeons when they are needed. Thenthe last phase is post-operative, enduring that the patients are provided with suitable care and treatments.
